#BACKFILL returns to continue our chronological look at PROGRESS, and we’re going to a show that would be historical for more than one reason, with Chapter 9… and someone’s a big fan of U2, it seems: “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kick Me, Kill Me”.
We’re into the penultimate week of the Cruiserweight Classic, with the last pair of quarter-finals.
After a week off, WCPW returned for their “Stacked” supercard, headlined by a four-way match as Big Damo’s WCPW title was on the line.

We’re going to keep things chronological here on #BACKFILL, and after Chapter 8’s “Big Boys Guide to Strong Style”, PROGRESS started a new strand of shows entitled: ENDVR, where some of the company’s trainees cut their teeth.
It’s safe to say that the first OTT show we reviewed, February 2016’s “Ah Ted”, wasn’t well received by us here at BackBodyDrop. Whilst the live atmosphere may have been raucous, it simply didn’t translate well to tape… but let’s give them another go with a show from May, entitled, “Even Better Than Better Than Our Best”
