PROGRESS’ eventful weekend in America kicked off with this New York show – a card that would be newsworthy for so many reasons.
Debuts and changes were the order of the day as Rev Pro’s August Cockpit show set the table nicely for the upcoming Summer Sizzler.
An emotional night in Camden saw PROGRESS bid farewell (for now) to several long-standing members of their roster – and continue the slow-burn towards the Super Strong Style 16 tournament.
Yesterday’s PROGRESS show may as well have been titled “All The Feels” as the usual 700-plus crowd in Camden said goodbye to some stars (slight spoiler behind the cut).
Lucha Forever’s debut show was quite the spectacle – with plenty of good wrestling, a fantastic main event and a great foundation to build on.
WWN’s annual Mercury Rising supershow eventually delivered, but an overbooked mess to the first two matches, and use of “card subject to change” left a rather sour taste…
Well, this certainly wasn’t watered down PROGRESS, as they brought their calling card to Orlando with perhaps the best show of the weekend so far!
