After Thursday saw two titles change hands, it was a similar showing as Wrestling Toyonokuni was a two-match card last Saturday.

The first of three big New Japan shows in the next week saw us pull over on the road to Wrestling Dontaku for a main event with Hirooki Goto and Minoru Suzuki.

New Japan marked its 45th anniversary with a fine show, capped off with a not-surprisingly great main event with Tiger Mask W and Kazuchika Okada.

New Japan headed to Sapporo for the first time this year as the first of two The New Beginning shows kicked off this past weekend.
