Korakuen Hall played host to the second half of the annual New Japan/ROH tie-in, featuring some weird title matches, and a bloody great main event.

Kenny Omega returned to action as New Japan’s annual tie-in with Ring of Honor kicked off on Sunday in Tokyo, with the first night of Honor Rising.

A quick turnaround saw WCPW’s Sunday show in Edinburgh appear as Monday night’s Loaded – with a stacked two-hour show ahead of February’s iPPV.

Kenny Omega and Hirooki Goto battled it out to decide who’d win this year’s G1 Climax, and who’d be heading to the main event of next year’s WrestleKingdom.

We now know who’s facing who in tomorrow’s G1 Climax finale, after a thrilling finale to the B block in Tokyo’s Sumo Hall on Saturday.

All the stops were pulled out in the main event as a WrestleKingdom 10 rematch headlined the last block A matches of this year’s  G1.

In most of the wrestling world, it’s extremely rare for promotions of any size to work together. New Japan seems to be the exception, as in January, they held four shows with the Mexican CMLL promotion, and this weekend they held two shows in Korakuen Hall in league with Ring of Honor.
