A WCPW title match, and an Invitational Rumble? The first Loaded of the Joseph Conners era was shorter than usual… and that’s definitely a good thing.
The go-home for next week’s “Stacked” supercard featured a taste of Aron Stevens’ new home, as an interference-laden main event soured an otherwise decent episode of WCPW.
…or “episode 6”, since they’ve ditched the season numbering after one week! We’ve got two main events, both of which were thrown together on the show for that Attitude-era booking we all knew and loved.
Will Ospreay, Noam Dar and El Ligero kicked off a seacond season of WCPW’s Loaded show with a great match… even if it only feels like three weeks ago since we last had one.
We’re back to the sparsely-attended warehouse in Newcastle for the fourth episode of the WhatCulture wrestling show, as we entered the “go-home” show for next week’s first special event.
After three weeks, it’s probably still too early to make a final judgment on the new WhatCulture Pro Wrestling promotion from the North East of England, but it’s fair to say that the early signs have been mixed to say the least. Let’s see what they’ve learned this week.
Well, after last week’s mixed bag of a show (and that’s me being really kind), I’ve made the call to give episode two of WCPW’s “Loaded” a try. Last week we had 8 WhatCulture staffers on screen to the 12 wrestlers, with a fair number of them assigned to – or fighting for – a WhatCulture staffer. Still, at least the WCPW guys took the criticism in their stride and didn’t make a sarcastic video addressing them. Oh…
